The Atlanta Team Tennis Association (ATTA)

 is the longtime Atlanta affiliate of the Gay and Lesbian Tennis Alliance (GLTA) and in 2005 became a Community Tennis Association of USTA Georgia.  ATTA strives to promote social, recreational and healthy competitive tennis through activities including open play, mixers, clinics, singles/doubles ladders, league team play (ALTA** and USTA) and tournaments.

 Tennis is played year-round weather permitting and ATTA welcomes all participants

 regardless of sexual orientation.

The Sharon E. Lester Memorial Tennis Tournament

will be held at Piedmont Park May 30 - June 1

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

ATTA will be participating in Gay Pride events this year. Gay Pride will be held July 4th - 6th at the Atlanta Civic Center, and ATTA will have a booth and will be marching in the Pride parade. We are looking for ATTA members interested in volunteering on July 5th and 6th. A planning meeting will be held May 19th at 7:00 p.m. at Glenlake Tennis Center. The singles and doubles ladders are both underway, but new players can add on prior to the beginning of each new segment of play.
